Anyone else gonna be playing? I’ve got a lot of trip prep to do, but I’m gonna try to sneak in a few hours tonight and tomorrow. I’m playing on PS4, and my game name (or whatever the kids call it)  is stinky_imp. Friend me, why don’t ya?

I’ll be waiting for the Steam release, so I’ll be stuck playing BL2 and Pre-Sequel for awhile longer yet.

I tried to get into Borderlands when the first one came out but it turns out my friends are lame.

I got the urge to play Mass Effect, so I’m replaying that.

I'm thinking about picking it up in a month or so, but I'm on the fence. I burnt out on the previous 2 borderlands and the presequel just looked like a cash grab. If it's more of the same gameplay and a copypasted plot, I might not get it.

From the reviews i t sounds like if “more Borderlands 2” isn’t a selling point for you, you probably shouldn’t get it.

That’s the thing; back in college, my friends and I each clocked in at least several hundred hours into borderlands 2 farming for legendary weapons at first, then the Seraph, Pearlescent, and finally the damn Effervescent ones.

We had almost daily farming runs and it was fun, but slowly we all just lost interest, so by the time the last DLC dropped, it was just me.

I'm a couple hours in, xbone though. It was an adjustment coming directly from bl2/presequel that I've been playing the last few months but now that I'm pretty adjusted I'm liking it.

I have a level 7 Zane and a level 5 or 6 moze, I solo Zane and play moze co-op with a friend. I like them both so far, probably Zane a little more than moze but he's also higher level and I've spent more time with him. I'm more of a sniper generally but fl4k didn't really appeal to me so Zane was the next best choice.

Turns out my PS+ account expired. I’ll renew if you want to do some raid bosses together at some point. Normally I don’t online or coop though.

Actually I would definitely go in for help on Hadarax the invincible. Normally I solo them all (after getting a few levels above them)  but he’s kicking my ass.
